• Services must be paid in full or both parties must agree on a payment plan before project delivery.

• Delays in providing necessary materials/content may result in project delay and/or additional charges.

• Services are non-transferable.

PAYMENT:

• Payment methods: Zelle + Digital Invoice

• Invoices will be issued by Social Theory, LLC

OWNERSHIP:

• Social Theory, LLC reserves the rights to share finished projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Final files/deliverable are released once full payment is received.

Both parties agree to communicate and collaborate on a timely manner, unless prior arrangements have been made. Lack of communication or missed deadlines may change the service timeline and/or result in cancellation without refund.
